At Custom Forestry, our mission is to provide sustainable forestry solutions that protect the environment. If you are cleaing a lot for building or just wanting to make your existing lot look like a park, Custom Forestry can help with the use of our unique mulching machine. John has vision to evaluate the land and understand it's topography, soil type and vegetation to help determine the best approach for clearing to improving your view, preparing your site for construction or developing your property into a thriving hunting peoperty. We also have a team of skilled chainsaw laborers who are trained in the safe and effective use of chansaws, particularly in forestry, land clearing and tree maintenance.
Custom Forestry can transform your Timber into Hunting Trails, Feed Plots and Shooting Lanes. We do hydroseeding of food plots or ground covers. We also specialize in Buckthorn and Underbrush Removal. Fence line, Lot and Land Clearing. Utility and Right of Way Work. We serve Northern and Central Minnesota.
Our History
Custom Forestry is a family owned and operated business located in Walker, MN. Custom Forestry offers budget-friendly and timely land clearing. John has been a professionally trained equipment operator/land developer for over 35 years. We've worked with companies and organizations of all sizes, from homeowners to large developments, enabling you to prepare your property for improvements.

Custom Forersty's main machine is our ASV RT-120 with FECON mulching head. This machine is a workhorse, tackeling removal of trees up to 8 inches in less time and works well on inclines.
